Dragnet Solutions Limited is a dynamic firm which specializes in the design, deployment and implementation of people screening solutions that can be deployed in a variety of ways covering both the workplace and educational sector.

We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below: 

Job Title: Verification Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting internal verification of Candidates uploaded documents
  • Conducting a validity check on all documents uploaded by field agents and service providers after each assignment
  • Document the result of validity check on candidates verification profile in a presentable manner
  • Assigning verification projects to field agents and service providers
  • Maintain the integrity of the Verification process and results
  • Proffer improvement initiatives in verification campaign deployment
  • Ensuring that verification process is in accordance with clients’ criteria and timeline
  • Proffer solutions to Field agents/service providers with challenges on the field
  • Liaise with Finance on invoicing of Clients
Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must possess a Second Class Upper from any reputable University
  • Applicant should not be more than 25 years of age
  • Proficient use of intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Locate, gather and organise information using appropriate technology and information systems
  • Good knowledge of the Nigerian Tertiary Educational System and relationship with Key individuals would be an added advantage

  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines

JAMB Fixes Admission Cut-off Marks for 2017/2018 Academic Session

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Tuesday fixed the cut-off marks for admission into higher institutions of learning in the country for the 2017/2018 academic session. At a policy meeting held with the heads of institutions and other education regulatory bodies in Abuja, the examination body ratified 120 as the minimum mark for degree-awarding institutions. The meeting at the National Judicial Institute, Abuja, had in attendance vice chancellors, Rectors, Provosts and Registrars of tertiary institutions. For the polytechnics, the lowest mark that qualifies a candidate for admission is 100, while the highest that an institution can fix is 180. Same mark applies to Colleges of Education. The admission cut-off mark for Innovative Enterprise Institutions ranges between 110 and 120.
