of Real Estate Products and Services with special skills in facility
maintenance and specializing in developing innovative and unparalleled luxury
apartments, duplexes, detached homes and commercial outlets seeks to engage
the services of:
1. MD/COO
(REF NXT-COO-001).
Job Objectives:
- The Managing Director / Chief Operating Officer function provides the required leadership and day to day management that ensures the company delivers on its promise to clients and key stakeholders including regulators and the public in general.
- Overall
responsibility and accountable for revenue growth, customer retention, and
excellent construction
- Oversees
the success of technical, finance, sales, customer relationship
management, and corporate services divisions
- Responsible
for the efficient management of the enterprise functions and ensures
companywide objectives are achieved
Core Responsibilities
·
Ensures the efficient and
smooth running of the operations of the compnay toward the achievement of all
set goals and targets
·
Takes new projects originated
by the EVC office, plans and actions them to approved standards of quality,
financial profitability and timelines as well as total promise to customers
·
Through the coordination of
the key elements of the company, ensures the enhancement of the brand
·
Charts the course of action
and ensure effective teaming at the executive level that guarantees the
realisation of the mission and vision as well as shared values
·
Work with the ED Sales &
RM to organise and build the sales team into a formidable machinery
·
Inspires team to consistently
achieve and occasionally surpass company financial targets;
·
Ensure strict adherence to
policies and procedures in the development of quality houses thereby promoting
and strengthening the company’s brand;
·
Ensures adherence to corporate
governance rules, compliance with approved accounting standards in the operations
of the company
·
Cascades goals and targets
from the EVC office to the relevant levels and manages performance of same
within the company
·
Ensures projects are
adequately and optimally funded at all times, establishes medium term and short
term plans that are derived from organisation strategy
·
Sets and ensures that best
practices/standards are entrenched in all functions of the company
·
Periodically review the
company’s performance to ensure the company is meeting its short-and long-term
objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
·
A good
first degree in Business Administration or related field
·
An MBA or
MSc in Real Estate Management will be an added advantage
·
Membership
of relevant professional bodies
·
Should
possess at least 18 years post-graduation experience with at least 10 years in
managerial position in construction or real estate development
·
Demonstrated
proficiency in managing analytically rigorous initiatives and a track record in
sales and leadership at a senior staff level
·
Proven
track record of delivering results in an establishment of comparable size,
scope and complexity

real estate business including knowledge of finance, project origination and
deal structuring as well as Technical Services
·
Proven track record of success
in developing and providing growth strategies, sales processes,
and marketing tactics improvements.

2. HEAD BRAND AND
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (REF: NXT-BDM-002)
Job Objectives:
- To be the Chief image maker and Head Business Development of the company
- Ensure execution, monitoring and coordination of all the marketing & brand communications of company in concert with the Executive Office
- Ensures uniformity of brand and communications of the company locally and globally
- Project the image of the company in a strong and positive light in the public
Core Responsibilities:
- Assures that the company and its mission, programs and products are consistently presented in strong, positive image amongst relevant stakeholders locally and globally
- Develops branding strategies and concepts for the company to improve the perceived value of the brand (brand equity)
- Planning, budgeting, procurement and distribution of company branded items to all stakeholders with the objective of promoting top of mind brand awareness
- Organise publicity and
all branding campaigns for the company
- Support in defining the quality standards of the company’s housing finishing’s in creating a unique brand
- Conduct surveys to determine level of awareness created for the company’s brand
- Ensures marketing
communications by creating communication across media, managing the media
planning & buying and innovating consistently marketing activities.
- Ensure alignment
between marketing plans and core brand values
- Ensures brand
differentiation and internal branding
- Develops /
implement CSR programs
- Regularly visits
the market to understand changes in the market, competitive moves,
experience consumer interactions and identify opportunities
- Works closely
with the Agency on the copy/ content and creative for advertisement and
promotional campaigns
- Works with the
regional sales teams to ensure timely and relevant promotion of sale of
properties through advertisements, open houses, events, press releases
etc.
- Monitors sales data and plans and modifies branding initiatives so as to drive achievement of sales targets
Qualifications & Experience:
- A good University Degree
in marketing, business or communication,
Humanities, Sciences or the Social Sciences or relevant
Postgraduate Degree
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in a brand manager/ marketing role in real estate or similar industry
