Our Client is an IT firm with a major interest in Internet infrastructure is seeking to fill the role of Customer relationship Officers in his firm.

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Summary of  the Role:                                        

  • The Customer relationship Officer would  assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.
  • Develop and update client related reports.
  • Identify and update reports on continuing problems in an effort to minimize future negative customer impact.   


NOTE: Applicants with sales and marketing experience would be given preference especially those that has worked in an ISP related IT industry
