Our client is into Manufacturing & Sales of construction chemicals and are recruiting to fill the position(s) below:

1. Job Title: Business Managers

Location: Lagos

Job Description:

* Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy.
* Responsible for developing and implementing strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans, commercial policies and strategies to align and meet company goals and objectives.
* Responsible for pricing policy, price maintenance, evaluation and approval of off-list prices.
* Responsible for sale /margin/ profit growth.
* Competitor performance review / analysis.
* Relationship management to cater for the needs of customers.
* Responsible for developing and guiding
* Responsible for staffing within business unit.

Job Requirements/Qualification:

* University  degree in Chemical / Civil Engineering, Architecture or Quantity surveying.
* 2-3 years experience in similar field
* Project management experience .
* Proven track record in business development
* Ability to create a strong working relationship with operational management team and foster teamwork.
* Sound communication skills.
* Excellent presentation & negotiation skills, Technical leadership, Business knowledge, Supervision Skills, Coaching, problem-Solving Skills

Salary - N150,000.00 - N200,000.00 Monthly


2. Job Title: Sales Executives / Technical Consultants

Location: Lagos

Job Description:

* Organising sales visits.
* Responsible for pitching products and services to potential clients
* Develop new strategies to build clients database.
* maintaining and increasing market share.
* Attend to customer's enquiry and leads.
* Respond promptly to bills and quotations.
* Reviewing sales performance.
* Collating and sending all weekly business report.
* Ensure customer satisfaction at all time.


Job Requirements/Qualification:

* A bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural  Engineering.
* Relevant experience in any commercial area involving contact with customers.
* Commercial awareness.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Technical skills.
* Perseverance

Salary - N80,000.00 - N100,000.00 Monthly

JAMB Fixes Admission Cut-off Marks for 2017/2018 Academic Session

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Tuesday fixed the cut-off marks for admission into higher institutions of learning in the country for the 2017/2018 academic session. At a policy meeting held with the heads of institutions and other education regulatory bodies in Abuja, the examination body ratified 120 as the minimum mark for degree-awarding institutions. The meeting at the National Judicial Institute, Abuja, had in attendance vice chancellors, Rectors, Provosts and Registrars of tertiary institutions. For the polytechnics, the lowest mark that qualifies a candidate for admission is 100, while the highest that an institution can fix is 180. Same mark applies to Colleges of Education. The admission cut-off mark for Innovative Enterprise Institutions ranges between 110 and 120.
