Vacancy For Property Manager

We are looking for a prudent property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of a commercial property.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*  Develop a structured business plan for the mall covering all key
components of mall  operation

*  Develop sales and leasing plans to identify new clients and negotiate
with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan

*  Ensure proper tenant mix and zoning within the mall in line with business
strategy and market demand and to achieve desired footfall

*  Develop and maintain a long term beneficial relationship with all
existing tenants and ensure continued and future business

*  To prepare, review and adjust financial budgets, systems and processes
and monitor performance against budget

*  Develop and implement approved procedures and systems across all mall
functions to ensure smooth co-ordination / co-operation among various
internal departments to facilitate business needs and deliver positive
customer and tenant experiences

*  Prepare plans and schedules for regular and periodic maintenance in
conjunction with relevant department heads and follow up on quality and
execution

*  Preparation and development of marketing and annual event plans/calendar

*  Resolves complaints and demands of tenants and work+ to remove the causes
of the complaint and respond to their requests within the legal and
contractual obligations

Qualifications & Relevant Experience:

*  Minimum of a BA/BSC, ideally with an MBA, MPA or related advanced degree,
with 15 years of overall professional experience and at least 10 years of
senior management experience. Fundraising, marketing/branding and fiscal
management experience  is a must

JAMB Fixes Admission Cut-off Marks for 2017/2018 Academic Session

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Tuesday fixed the cut-off marks for admission into higher institutions of learning in the country for the 2017/2018 academic session. At a policy meeting held with the heads of institutions and other education regulatory bodies in Abuja, the examination body ratified 120 as the minimum mark for degree-awarding institutions. The meeting at the National Judicial Institute, Abuja, had in attendance vice chancellors, Rectors, Provosts and Registrars of tertiary institutions. For the polytechnics, the lowest mark that qualifies a candidate for admission is 100, while the highest that an institution can fix is 180. Same mark applies to Colleges of Education. The admission cut-off mark for Innovative Enterprise Institutions ranges between 110 and 120.
