Job brief for Senior Creative Studio Manager : Our client is an events management and production company in Lagos with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Creative Studio Manager to join their innovative in-house Creative team.
Responsibilities
• Working with the Creative Director to lead and manage a team of multi-discipline graphic designers, producing the creative imagery and assets in line with clients’ requirements.
• Leads the team to ensure that client’s brand integrity is maintained and built upon through the right content, branding, graphics, imagery and shoots.
• Acts as the point of contact for all creative/content sign-off.
• Displays an in-depth, customer-focused knowledge of market and trends.
• Strong management that provides both support and clear direction for the team.
• Acts as key point of contact for design briefs ensuring the smooth flow of work for the team.
• Management and direction of external creative agencies when necessary.
• Responsible for management and control of creative budget.
• Alongside the Creative Director, oversees the management of all shoots and moving imagery ensuring the process is managed from start to finish and that all output is in line with the client’s creative direction and vision.
• Oversees the budget and production management of all shoots, brand campaigns and film.
• Manages daily operations in a department responsible for creative works, including audience promotions and advertising.
• Oversees print production, graphic arts, and desktop publishing.
• Assists with audience research and develops creative briefs and design concepts to meet business objectives.

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop the full potential from projects and to take advantage of new developments.
• Combine a creative, innovative approach with commercial ideas.
• Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
• Strong team player and man manager - able to gain trust, respect and confidence quickly and effectively.
• The proven ability to negotiate and drive performance of external as well as internal teams.
• Enthusiasm, energy and determination to achieve results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – being able to quickly establish effective relationships at all levels (internal and external) with gravitas and strength.
• Strong and convincing presentation skills – able to get ideas across quickly and effectively and gain relevant buy-in and support.
• Strong facilitation skills – able to lead a team through effective idea generation to collation of output from group work.
Qualification:
• BSc in related field is preferred
