A facility Management Company is seeking to fill the role of a Managing Director in its company
JOB
PURPOSE:-
To direct the specific activities of the Company along with
managing the employees and ensure that all business goals and objectives are
reached.
ORGANIZATIONAL
RELATIONSHIPS:-
Reports to: Group
Managing Director/Board of Directors
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Develop and execute the Company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the Board and Shareholders.
Ø Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
Ø Ensure Company policies and legal guidelines are communicated to all in the Company and are followed at all times.
Ø Communicate and maintain trust relationship with Shareholders, Business Partners and authorities.
Ø Oversee the Company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures.
Ø Delegate responsibilities and oversee the work of the employees providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
Ø Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the Company in ways that strengthen its profile.
Ø Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure Company’s survival and growth.
Ø Adhering to the Group policies by all means.
Ø To work in line with the vision and mission of the Company.
Ø Approving the budgets and making optimum utilization of the funds available leading to a profitable Organization.
Ø Focusing on the business development and other business opportunity in the real estate sector.
Ø Ensuring that the construction contract management is in line with Group policy and standard from initiation to completion.
Ø Timely reporting to the Group Managing Director.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
Ø A Bachelors
Degree in any discipline.
Ø MBA would
be an added advantage.
Ø 12-15 years
post graduation experience, 5-7 years of which must have been in a Management
position interfacing with Executive Team and other partners.
Ø Strong
ability to generate revenue for the Organization.
Ø Experience
in the Facility Management sector would be an added advantage.
