1. JOB TITLE: BUSINESS MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Manager primary objective is to lead the sales function and sales strategy for the company, enabling it to execute business growth plans and be capable of delivering planned revenue, and volume on a consistent basis. Job holder must lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve superior performance
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Overseeing and supervising the company's activities and employees.
•Oversees the activities of workers; hire, train and evaluate new employees.
•Ensure the company or department is on track to meet its financial goals.
•Developing and implementing budgets, prepare reports for senior management and ensure the department complies with company policies.
•Ensure workers have the resources to complete their work.
•Assess the performance of the department or company against the business’s goals and plans.
•Developing and implementing marketing strategy.
•Responsible for performance review / analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
•B.SC / HND in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity surveying or Building Technology
• 2-3 years experience in similar field
•Proven track record in business development
• Ability to create a strong working relationship with operational management team and foster teamwork.
•Sound communication & presentation skills.
•Excellent problem solving , Supervision Skills & Leadership skills
OFFER
Salary – 170 - 200kmonthly + other benefits.
2). JOB TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVE / TECHNICAL CONSULTANT(S)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Executive will be responsible for building business by identifying and selling prospects as well as maintaining relationships with clients in order to ensure growth and give technical consultancy for construction chemicals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analyzing sales position.
•Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
•Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements.
•Maintain accurate records and establish necessary file for all transactions.
•Verify the good delivery of products and ensure customer satisfaction.
•Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
•Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
•Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
•Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual plans to meet company targets and objective.
•Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
•BSc in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity surveying or Building Technology.
•Minimum 2 - 3 years in sales or Business Development.
•Have adequate knowledge and sales experience in the chemical industry.
•Understanding of modern business methods.
•Self motivated, Energetic and dynamic.
•Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Advance Information Technology skill.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Package - N 70,000 - N100,000 monthly net + commission + other benefits
